St. Michael's Fair

We decided to take a ride over to our church fair on Saturday. We had Brittany sleep over so she could be Ally's ride partner since we all know how much Ron and I like rides. It worked out great. We all had a good time, and the girls loved having a sleepover.

Happy Father's Day!

I wanted to take a moment and wish my wonderful husband a Happy Father's Day. I don't think there are enough words to express how lucky I feel to have him in my life. There truly isn't a better Dad on this Earth. Allyson and Patrick love you so much. You have made Allyson's life such a brighter place and well, you're little shadow, Patrick, couldn't worship you anymore then he already does.
Happy Father's Day! We love you so much!!

(Hope you enjoy the pics of Patrick...as if we needed to make him look anymore like Daddy...and some of my favorites of Daddy and his babies)

Congratulations, Allyson!

We are so proud of Allyson who was St Michael's Student of the Month for May. (Announcements are made at the end of month) In addition, she received 2 awards at the end of the year award ceremony. The first for her work as an Alter Server and the second for being an exceptional Catholic Student. Meaning always being respectful, wearing the proper uniform everyday, and never being late to school (Um, then where's our award for that?)

It was a tough year academically for Ally, but she turned it around as much as she could and we are very proud of her effort. We know that 6th grade will be a positive experience and a great success! (Although all that's on her mind is that it's finally SUMMER!)

Circus pics

"The Greatest Show on Earth"

Today we had a great time at the circus with Grandma Hing. We went to Ringling Brothers in Trenton.
We had fun at the pre-show where we got to try on costumes (the best pictures of the day, I have to say), meet clowns, and see some animals perform right in front of us. Who knew an elephant could paint a picture?!?!
The kids really enjoyed it. Patrick had his first taste of cotton candy, which seemed to freak him out a little. (since he hates to have things stuck to his hands) But he loved seeing the animals. Ally enjoyed her million dollar souvenier glass and popcorn. And of course, she loved the animals as well.
But I just have to ask...when did it become acceptable to charge $12 for cotton candy?????

The All New Paci-Spoon!

Patrick loves his pizza...but hand him his pacifier while he's eating it and you get the paci-spoon! He was dipping the pacifier in the sauce and then eating from it like it was his spoon. He's so inventive! By the time I grabbed the camera he was pretty much just playing with it, but it was still hysterical.

Spinkler Fun

We got a new sprinkler yesterday....this is a very quick video of how we got Patrick to run through it. His laugh just cracks us up everytime.
